New England Organics’ Hawk Ridge Compost Facility held a reception and tour in celebration of becoming the first privately operated facility in the nation to receive the National Biosolids Partnership’s Environmental Management Systems Certification on September 23, 2009.
The 2009 Maine Farm Days was held August 21-22 at the Barker Farm in Leeds Maine.
